Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® Recognize Agents at Annual Meeting

Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® held its’ annual meeting at the Stoney Creek Inn in Onalaska on Saturday, January 22nd and awarded its’ top associates for sales production conducted in 2010. For the third straight year, Debbie Wickland was recognized as ‘Top Listing Sales Associate.’ Barb Simonis was awarded ‘Top Sales’ and Marilyn Reinart was presented with President’s Award.
Ten sales associates, representing over twenty-five percent of the sales staff with Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS®, were also honored with individual sales associate designations from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation:

This prestigious membership is awarded to the top twenty, fifteen, eight and three percent, respectively, of the more than 92,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® system. These ten individuals will also be recognized for their achievements at the Coldwell Banker ‘Generation Blue Experience’, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 14-17th, 2011.

Presentations were given by Ryan Olson – Broker Manager, Chuck Olson – Broker Owner, and Craig Hall – Executive Business Consultant with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. Of the largest Coldwell Banker® franchisees in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® led all companies in percentage sales growth for volume and units. According to year-end area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) sales statistics, Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® was also one of the only companies in the Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota market to show positive sales growth in volume and units at each office location, contrary to the declining real estate market.
